To enable zip.dll
download php_zip.dll download it from here : http://pecl.php.net/package/zip/1.12.4/windows
extract php_zip.dll to C:\xampp\php\ext
edit php.ini and add a new line extension=php_zip.dll
restart apache
This should enable the zip module for you.
In YII Place : use ZipArchive;
yii2 extract bulk zip files
